Potato, lean ground beef, bell peppers, onions Balderson's old cheddar cheese and taco seasoning.  All our perogies are pre-boiled.  After we hand pinch them, we boil them so you don't haver to.  Just heat 'em and eat 'em.  Heat them in the over like Nacho's.
